This is a very informative course and breaks down the phycology of why people buy on a “1 call close” . Dan is a great instructor and makes it fun while going over a bunch of valuable lessons. I definitely recommend this class for any sales people!

Grosso University is an excellent training platform for anyone who is looking to master their craft. I worked for Ashley Furniture for 6 years and we used Cardone University for sales training. The two platforms share some similarities but I felt that the coach for Grosso, Dominic Caminata, was much more effective than Grant Cardone for sales training.
Grosso University is the real deal. I come from restoration roofing sales and did very well clearing 1 million in net sales every year for 3 years straight. The company I currently work for pivoted from a restoring roofing model into a retail sales model. I was tasked with the responsibility to build and train a retail one stop sales team for roofing, siding, windows, & showers. I quickly realized that I sold all my previous jobs on knowledge, authenticity, and charm but no real system was in place. How do you expect to train a one stop sales team if your sales manager can’t even right out a proven sales system. Well good news, they don’t have to. After months of looking I finally landed on Grosso University. I knew after meeting with Dominic & his team they were the ones I wanted to work with. Once the decision was made I put in maximum effort to learn this system where i could posses the skill to train it and that’s what I did. This system along with intentional effort to learn / implement allowed me to build a team from 3 million to 10.1 million in three years. These are good people and if you’re willing to learn you will possess a life changing skill that keeps on giving.
The Grosso Leadership training is an absolute necessity if your leadership team needs direction or a refresher course on what they already know but may have forgot.
Well trained class and very thorough!! I’ve personally been through many different training classes and schools and this is by far the best I have ever attended. Not every trainer I’ve dealt with has even spent a day out in the field as far as what they are training on but these guys have started exactly where I am and they truly know what they are talking about! What I love the most is that they don’t only train you on your job but they focus on making you a better person and their training pertains to your everyday life. Great job guys!!!

Really helps upgrade your home improvement sales skills, gives you a step by step script and they explain why they have each part of the script and why it works. They instructor keeps class engaged and entertained, would definitely recommend.
